inadequate towels for four people

we had a lovely stay in leamington spa so close to the town centre as well as the parade. the host met us and explained everything. it was great in the middle of the city.

The area was lovely, liked its central location. It had wheelchair accessible policy, as described.

The owner of the apartment was very nice and helpful, allowing us to check in early. The parking situation was convenient, with one allocated space and additional parking available nearby. the grounds of the apartment were well-maintained and visually appealing.

It appeared old and worn-out, lacking any sort of wow factor. The lack of basic essentials was frustrating, with no bath mat, bed protector, or tea towels provided.

The location was particularly good and great as I wanted short walk to the main centre, Leamington Spa and the Parade. Overall it was BRILLIANT experience and I liked the stay.

During my recent stay at Leamington Spa, I had the pleasure of staying at Serviced Apartments - Ince House. The location was excellent, and the spacious property was exactly what I needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, even allowing me to check in early. The off-road parking was convenient, and the well-kept grounds added a pleasant touch. I also appreciated the free internet access, which had clear instructions provided on the back of the hub. The power shower had excellent water pressure, making for a refreshing experience. I would highly recommend this property for a visit to Leamington Spa.

The only slight downside was the minimal array of essentials provided. While there were towels for the bath, a bath mat would have been a nice addition.

The owner was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early. it was a great value for the money.

We also loved the free car park and the beautifully maintained grounds. The location was perfect for us, close to Victoria Park Bowls Green, and there was even a bus stop right outside. We had such a jaw-droppingly amazing time in this beautiful place!

We had a great stay at the serviced apartment, Ince House. The owner was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early, which was a big help for us as we had a wedding to attend. The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained. The grounds were beautiful and the off-road parking was convenient.
